Refund Policy
Effective 1 October 2026
Notchset sells source code, which can't be returned once it's delivered. We don't offer change-of-mind refunds after the code has been supplied. Please try the free Items, the live demos and the documentation before you buy.
When we refund
- Something doesn't work as described. If a Pro Item doesn't match the description for your purchase, tell us promptly at support@notchset.dev, with the details we reasonably need to reproduce it. If we can't fix it within 14 days of receiving those details, we arrange a full refund of the affected purchase.
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or charged by mistake, we arrange a full refund.
We don't refund a change of mind, no longer needing the Items, buying the wrong product, or problems caused by your own code or setup. These rules don't restrict any mandatory right you have to earlier or different relief.
Withdrawal right (EU, UK and similar)
Where a withdrawal right applies to digital content supplied without a physical medium, we treat it as ended only after you expressly consent to supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledge that this loses that right, supply begins, and you receive our confirmation by email, including your consent and acknowledgement. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed content are not affected.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A full refund of a licensed purchase ends that purchase's licence under section 6 of the Licence; a partial refund, tax refund or correction of a duplicate or excess charge doesn't.
Card disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are solved within a day. Opening a card dispute doesn't by itself end your licence or registry access; a dispute decided against the payment is a final reversal, with the consequences in section 6 of the Licence.
