# Account lifecycle

Every step a customer takes with their own account, each in place and each honest about what happens.

An account from its first confirmed email to its last export: verify in place, cancel honestly, delete only after the export, and choose what reaches you.

## Follow the task

1. Type a wrong code, then a right one, and watch the strip go.
2. Cancel a plan: pick why, see the one offer that fits, then the day it ends.
3. Open Delete: the export is made and shown done before the name is asked for.
4. Turn a group of notifications off and on again; it comes back as it was.

## States

A wrong code said and cleared, a new code counted down, a cancel with its reason and the one offer that fits, a plan that ends on a named day with Resubscribe, an export shown done before the name is typed, a group of notifications turned off and back on as it was.

## Application boundary

The demo keeps a fictional account in the page. Your sign-in service sends and checks codes, your billing cancels, your server makes the export and deletes, and your sender reads the preferences.
